A Lifetime in the Great Outdoors

Our love for camping started long before it turned into a business. Our owner, Tyler, is an Eagle Scout who has spent his entire life under the Georgia pines. That passion is a family affair—his wife, Ginny, and their children, Brody and Sonny, are all active in Scouting America. When we aren't at a campsite, you’ll find our entire family at Shirley Hills Baptist Church, where we’ve been members for years.

The "Accidental" Business

In 2021, Ginny finally convinced Tyler it was time to stop borrowing campers and buy our own. We bought our first rig from our great friends who ran PerryRV on a Friday night; by Saturday morning, Tyler and Brody were delivering it to its first rental at the Georgia National Fairgrounds for the NBHA Junior World Championships.

We were instantly hooked. We realized that we weren't just renting a trailer—we were helping families create the same memories we cherish.

Mossy Creek Camper Rentals Today

In 2026, after much thought and prayer, we launched Mossy Creek Camper Rentals to serve our community on our own terms. We are deeply grateful to Perry RV for "pushing us out of the nest" and helping us start this journey.

Today, we specialize in two things we care about deeply:

1. The Fairgrounds Experience: We are the local experts for Perry events. We don't just drop off a camper; we ensure your "home base" is perfectly leveled and hooked up so you can focus on the competition.

2. Emergency Housing: When local families face home damage, we provide high-quality, stable housing on their own property. We treat every insurance displacement with the urgency and care we would want for our own neighbors.
