Please be aware that we only provide 2 full tanks of propane. When it is extremely cold, you may need to refill a tank or two during your stay. This can be accomplished at the local Tractor Supply or Fair Harbor RV Park.

At the time of booking, you have the option to purchase our Peace of Mind Cancellation Plan. If you purchase the plan, then you will receive a full refund upon cancellation, minus the Peace of Mind fee. All other cancellations are non-refundable.

If you purchase this (only available at time of booking), then you can cancel for any reason up to the day prior to check-in and receive a full refund, minus the Peace of Mind cost itself.

If any damage happens to the camper, you are liable for the costs. If you purchase the Damage Protection Plan, we will cover the costs of any *accidental* damage to the INSIDE of the camper. You would still be responsible for any outside damage (ie. you left the awning out in a rain/wind storm and it broke, you accidentally backed your vehicle into the camper, etc.). Then you will be charged $3000 per the contract.

​**Damages to the camper caused by unattended pets are not covered by the Damage Protection Plan, and the cost of the repairs will be charged to the renter.**

When you book your reservation, you will make a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file the Monday prior to your arrival. If you wish to use a different card or pay off the balance earlier, please contact us during normal business hours M-F 9am-5pm at ‪(478) 225-3585‬.

Click "BOOK NOW" at the top of the page and put in your start date and end date, you'll then be able to see all the campers that are available for that date range. The Green Boxes will tell you if it's available and for how many nights within that date range. (ie. 1/4/26 - 1/14/26, this will return listings with campers that may be available for 3 nights or a camper that may be available for all 10 nights).

While it is possible that all of our units are already booked for your dates, please make sure that your start date is a week day (M-F), and that you have selected at least 3 nights for your rental.

Occasionally we will run a sitewide promotion, however our prices are so low that we cannot give other discounts.

Yourself and any personal items you would typically need staying at a hotel. The camper will come fully stocked with beddings for each bed, 6 towels, 6 washcloths, and 2 hand towels. Included at no cost is a K cup coffee maker, pots/pans, plates/cups/bowls/utensils, an outdoor rug and some outdoor chairs.

All of our campers require 50 amp service.
